Dower House Cat Sanctuary resides in the fine city of Eloy, Arizona, very close to Casa Grande and Arizona City. We also routinely travel to Tuscon and the Phoenix Metro area. In fact, our founding board members can be found all over Arizona. We all met twenty years ago as young college kids, and even then our President Sherri had an affinity for cats.
